Frequently Asked Questions
Commissioning R.E. Woods & Son
How long does a bespoke kitchen take from design to installation?
Every bespoke kitchen project is unique. Generally, from the initial consultation and design sign-off, craftsmanship and installation take between 8 to 12 weeks. We ensure every detail is perfected in our Norfolk workshop before it reaches your home.
Do you only work in Norfolk?
While our workshop and heart are based in Norfolk (serving Norwich, Holt, Burnham Market, and the surrounding countryside), we regularly undertake high-end bespoke furniture and kitchen commissions across East Anglia and London.
What materials do you use for your bespoke cabinetry?
We source only the finest sustainable timbers, including Prime European Oak, American Black Walnut, and high-quality hardwoods for our painted finishes. We combine traditional joinery methods with modern, durable materials where necessary to ensure longevity.
Areas We Serve in Norfolk & Beyond
Based in Thuxton, Dereham, we proudly serve clients seeking luxury bespoke kitchens and fine furniture across Norfolk, including Norwich, Holt, Burnham Market, Blakeney, Wroxham, Sandringham, and throughout East Anglia. We also accept exclusive commissions in London and the Home Counties.
