Oak library storage

The portfolio lists this piece as Oak Library Storage, in the fine furniture category, at Burnham Market. The photograph is a solid oak library bookcase.

That is the extent of what is published. There is no client name, date, or room size on the site, so this page does not add them. It is a record of the commission as the portfolio already describes it.

The photograph shows a solid oak library bookcase. The portfolio does not say whether it was built in or freestanding, so this page does not. Brick and flint rooms in Burnham Market often have a chimney breast or a change in ceiling height, which is the usual reason a library piece is made to the room rather than bought as a standard unit.

More of this kind of work is on the fine furniture pages. The Burnham Market page is here: Burnham Market.
