Heritage sash windows

The portfolio lists Heritage Sash Windows under specialist joinery, at Holt. The photograph is filed as a heritage sash-window restoration.

Nothing further is published about the house: not the street, the number of windows, or the client. Those details are left out here on purpose.

The journal describes the workshop’s general approach to sash windows on Norfolk period homes: matching existing profiles, and using traditional tooling. That article is about the method, not a write-up of this Holt commission.

More of this kind of work is on the specialist joinery pages. The Holt page is here: Holt.

Heritage joinery: restoring Norfolk’s period homes. A journal note on method, not a case history of the Holt windows.
